SEX & THE SACRED GIRL

"Sex" is code word for the magnificent power to promote creation that we shelter within our body's center.

It is erotic power, drawing opposites into the pleasures of intimacy. It is both our personal and our tribal instinct for survival. It is our species' impulse for evolution, embedded within our physical being. It is the force provoking life to renew itself.

With dynamic movement, breath, and body awareness, we experience our pro-creative power as an expression of Source Energy, our soul-power. As we develop and direct this core life force we promote healing, wholeness, and transformation according to our intention.

With bawdy laughter and juicy play, we celebrate the irrrepressible capacity for regeneration that dwells within us. As we know our sexual energy to be a sacred trust, we affirm the Power of Being abiding within us. We know ourselves to be sacred beings.

Come learn some delicious belly-energizing movement and breathing exercises, image and incorporate your intention for your pro-creative power, and share some rowdy stories with a wink to Baubo, the belly goddess. Fun!
